You may have read my post on Scotland and the times that turned into a messy one, well, there is not much to say about Oink other then thank you! you helped me through it!

If your around Edinburgh you must try it! there a loads of reviews online so I will try not to repeat it all, check out this blog for a review, its my favourite and spot on the mark!
All I can say is that after having one I wanted more!

Oink is basically a hog roast roll, when you walk past the window your greeted by a huge roast hog that will be carved in front of your eyes. The pigs are reared on the farmers own farm and feed only natural foodstuffs and makes for a truly quality meal. you get a choice of, from memory, sage and onion, apple sauce and chilli relish topped with crispy crackling. I believe I had the apple sauce and it was to die for!
